Batu Kori is a traditional Balinese village on the east coast of Bali, 20 kilometres from the centre of city of Almapura in a region known as Karangasem.

The meditation room is designed above the water surface and its location symbolizes the sheltered island amidst lush tropical vegetation. The carport is located at the entrance to the area in the western corner, the second part covering the higher terrace is used as a laundry and drying room.
